Search by Category
Each category has been carefully selected in accordance to the type of grants offered by each funding source. We cross categorize to cover every aspect of the grants' eligibility. When you go to GrantWatch.com, more than 50 categories are displayed on the right side of your screen.
*CTRL F on your category page may help you quickly identify grants with a specific keyword.
For example, if you were in the Preservation category, clicked CTRL F and entered the word "historical", you would easily find the historical preservation grants. Don't forget to turn the page, and do it again, because there are many.
Arts & Culture Grant:
Grants to USA, Canada, and International museums and art institutions located outside of Japan to help them organize exhibitions that introduce Japanese art and culture to audiences overseas. Funding is intended to to deepen the understanding of Japanese art and culture.

Search by Location
Utilize each search tool at Grantwatch.com to cut down your research time. Go to “choose your location” and set your homepage to your state. We also list Canada, Israel and various International grants.
Search by Keyword
Our keyword feature is a fantastic way to optimize your grant search, and is only available to paid subscribers. This function looks for matching words contained in the grant listing. To search by keyword, go to "Advanced Search" under "Search for a Grant," and type the word or phrase you wish to search.
*Do not combine your search by categories with your search for keywords – it will narrow the search and you will miss some grants.
Search by Grant ID
Each grant posting contains a specific GrantWatch.com grant ID #, making it easy for users to conveniently store, save and reference listings. Go to "Advanced Search" under "Search for a Grant" and type the number in the GrantWatch ID field. Click "Go" to pull up that particular grant listing. If you want to save the grant by the title, copy the URL, found at the top of the webpage, and paste it into an Excel or Word document. The link will take you directly to the grant listing.
