Grants totaling an approximate $11.1 million to provide technical assistance to project sponsors and grant applicants with the skills and knowledge needed to develop and operate projects and activities funded by previously outlined homeless initiatives. Activities eligible for support include: conducting needs assessments, provision of direct technical assistance, development of tools and products, and the delivery of group learning sessions.
