Grants totaling $50,000 to help strengthen efforts of organizations to involve young professionals in their communities. The purpose of this funding is to help attract and retain membership of young professionals and to develop and implement programs and activities that will improve the quality of life in their communities. Programs could include: entrepreneurship; regional marketing; adaptive reuse; green space activities; public arts and culture programs; civic engagement; community conversations; summits; and volunteerism. Special consideration given to projects that will benefit the region's downtown or urban core.



$500 - $2,000

Eligible applicants are Young Professional Organizations (YPO). To be eligible for funding, a YPO must be partnered with a not‐for‐profit organization on the application submission.

A 1:1 match will be required, with 50% of the match allowed as in‐kind contributions to the project if the applicant chooses. Fifty‐percent of the funds will be provided upon grant award, with the remaining 50% reimbursed upon project completion.
