Small grants to engage young adults in arts and culture in Michigan. The mission of the funding source is to encourage, develop and facilitate an enriched environment of art, creativity, and culture in Michigan. The grant seeks to increase accessibility to arts and culture programs for young people, to support its programs, projects, and initiatives, and to promote the value of arts and culture to the community.

The program itself should involve the creative mentorship of young people, creative ideas or projects young people are already working on, ideas young people have about how to make their community a better place, and projects that use arts and culture to empower young people in Michigan.
