Grant Description

Grants to Maine nonprofit organizations to support programs that serve the elderly and youth in the greater Bangor area. Past grantees include local big brothers/big sisters programs, a community health and counseling center, jobs referral organization, accommodations for sick children and their families, and a child development center.

Additional Eligibility Criteria

Eligible organizations:
- Must be 501(c)(3) certified
- Serve the greater Bangor area

Nonprofits who receive a grant are required to wait one year before applying for another grant.

Projects that are not funded in one grant cycle may be resubmitted the following year.

Funds may not be used for general operating support other than as it applies to your specific project.

Pre-Application Information

Applications are due by June 15, 2018. Applicants will be notified of grant decisions no later than August 15, 2018.

All submissions must be emailed as a PDF with "Rotary RFP" in the subject line.
