The Princeton Area Community Foundation
Grants for up to $10,000 for non-profit organizations in New Jersey that encourage girls to develop into independent, healthy and motivated young adults. The purpose of this funding is to support programs that provide girls between the ages of 5 and 18 with services such as counseling, education, health services, information, leadership development, skill building, support groups, training, and/or other relevant interventions to ensure girls reach success in all aspects of their lives.
The Foundation will fund programs that attain the following goals:
· Increasing self confidence
· Developing leadership skills
· Building stronger bonds between girls and the women who raise them
· Providing positive female role models
· Providing mentoring
· Improving physical, mental, and/or emotional health
· Educating the public about key issues affecting Greater Mercer’s girls

The Community Foundation offers optional Grant Information Sessions at its office, located at 15 Princess Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
