Grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded to non-profit organizations in multiple states for programs which help to increase employment or enhance quality of life. Organizations in communities where the parent company does business can apply for funding of programs in arts and culture, climate and environment, education, human services and others. Priority will be given to non-profits which deliver and/or advocate for human services, particularly job creation, employment, and job training.
In general, the Foundation also does not make grants to:
* Organizations that discriminate
* Capital campaigns
* General operating funds
* Event or conference sponsorships

Applicant organizations must have at least one, full-time, paid staff member to be eligible for a competitive grant from the Foundation.
