A grant of $67,500 will be awarded to an eligible non-profit for the purpose of providing nutritional support to day-care providers in Spanish-speaking populations in Washington, D.C. This program expects to eliminate barriers faced by the local Hispanic community in accessing nutritional programming. It is expected that at least 20 family day care providers will be enrolled and maintain active participation in the program by the end of the grant period.
