Israel Cancer Research Fund
Fellowship grants of $25,000 per year will be awarded to Israeli postdoctoral students and M.D.s for clinical or basic cancer research or training in Israel. Qualified young scientists with innovative ideas in specific areas of cancer research will work under the supervision and guidance of a senior investigator. M.D.s must have a serious commitment to a career in academic medicine and are obligated to devote at least 50% of their time to the laboratory work.
The awards are determined based on the following criteria:
*Scientific content and rationale
*Experience and productivity of the candidate
*Facilities and scientific environment available to the candidate

Preference will be given to applicants who have had no more than three years of postdoctoral fellowship or equivalent experience prior to the date on which the ICRF award is to begin.
