An award and a mini grant are both available for a Wyoming K-12 school teacher who has pioneered innovative uses of technology within the structure of a classroom. The funding agency aims to improve student achievement through the use of today's technology, build a real-world team problem-solving environment; and set the groundwork for future technology integration projects. The goal of the grant is to encourage project-based programs utilizing partnerships with other classrooms outside of the originating campus via various distance education mediums and across an assortment of content areas.
