Grants to Skokie, Illinois nonprofit arts organizations for arts programming in the community. Funding is intended for projects in the audio, visual, or creative arts fields, including artist residency programs. Priority is given to fine arts projects that are offered by minority-based groups to underserved populations in Skokie.
