Grants are available to support non-profit religious, charitable, educational, and scientific organizations in Texas that provide quality programs that primarily address the following four areas: community services, education, health and housing. The purpose of these grants is to help vulnerable and underserved populations achieve self-sufficiency. Priority will be given to organizations and programs that benefit women, children, youth and families. A special priority will be given to international aid and emergency relief.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Religious, charitable, scientific and educational institutions which are qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service are eligible to apply.

Geographic Preference: Metropolitan Area of Houston, Texas and The State of Texas.

Pre-Application Information:

To facilitate the grant process, please request an Initial Grant Application by printing and mailing the Initial Grant Request page (found at Once received, you will be informed within three to four weeks if your proposal seems to be within the Foundation's giving focus. They will then send you a formal application form to fill out and return to them.
