Grants are available to support non-profit organizations that provide quality health programs to enhance the health and well-being of citizens of Northern Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska, with special focus on projects that reach the underserved, measure outcomes, and demonstrate community impact. Priority for funding will be given to projects that target cardiac or trauma services, and those that include research or education components.

The Foundation will consider requests for program/project support, capital needs, and general operating funds.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria: health-specific organizations/programs that are operated by 501(c)(3) non-profit agencies and serve people in Northern Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska.

The Foundation does not fund for-profit entities, pay individual medical bills, or support political activities/lobbying.

All prior grantees must spend their grant and submit a final report before they are eligible to apply again.
