Grants of up to $10,000 are available to local non-profit organizations involved in helping those in need, as well as community progress initiatives and projects focused on improving the use of technology within public service organizations. The purpose of these grants is to provide funding for specific projects that will have a meaningful impact on the Lincoln, Illinois community.

Applicants must be qualified, tax-exempt organizations located in and/or serving Lincoln, Illinois. Applicants must be designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and have been determined to not be a “private foundation” under Section 509(a) of the code. Occasionally, applicants that have federal tax exemption under other designations, such as public schools and government entities, will receive funding.
To apply for an Integrity Data Community Giving Program grant, please complete and submit the 2012 application form (http://integrity-data.com/page.aspx?id=20122271152536619179203) or download the PDF (see attached files), fill it in and return it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2012.
