Non-profit organizations located in selected areas of the State of Vermont are eligible to apply for grants for programs and projects that promote the welfare of mentally and developmentally disabled people. The goal of the funding is to support activities that focus upon either the educational or recreational needs of the disabled.

The Mount Laurel Foundation seeks to support programs that serve the needs of residents of Bennington-Rutland Counties. The Foundation does not accept applications from individuals.
