American Association of Equine Practitioners
Non-profit organizations nationwide are eligible to apply for grants for programs and projects that impact positively upon the health and welfare of horses. There are four separate goals for which the Foundation prioritizes funding: research, education, leadership initiatives on issues that involve the equine community, and the actual health and welfare of horses.
The Foundation will also provide funding for emergency issues as long as the issues are in line with the mission of the Foundation. Support is not avaialble for overhead or indirect costs for research or project grants.
