Fund for Wild Nature
Grants of up to $3,000 to nonprofits in USA and Canada and their federally recognized territories to support programs that save native species and wild ecosystems. Funding may be used for public policy work, litigation, advocacy, and development of citizen science.
The Fund for Wild Nature supports biocentric goals that are premised on effective and intelligible strategies. The Fund gives special attention to ecological issues not currently receiving sufficient public attention and funding. Proposals with visionary and yet realistic goals to create tangible change are especially encouraged. All proposals must be highly cost effective.

The Fund does not fund projects outside Canada or the U.S.A. and its territories.
Organizations must have an annual budget of $250,000 or less.
You may submit your application at any time. However, submission deadlines are May 1st and October 1st of every year. Applicants will be notified of a decision approximately two months after the application deadlines.
Only one proposal per year per grantee will be considered.
