University of Colorado Health, formerly the Poudre Valley Health System (PVHS) Foundation
Grants to local non-profit organizations that provide health-specific projects that serve the people living in Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. The purpose of these grants is to provide funding to support projects aimed at improving health and health care in the region. Funding will be provided for programs, projects, capital needs, and general operating funds.
The PVH Foundation supports community-based efforts that enhance the health and well being of people, focusing on projects that reach the underserved, measure outcomes, and demonstrate community impact. The MCR Foundation supports community-based efforts that enhance the health and well being of people, focusing on projects that target cardiac or trauma services and those that include research or education components.

Funding will not be provided for: for-profit entities, payment of individual medical bills, or political activities/lobbying.
All prior grantees must spend their grant and submit a final report before they are eligible to apply again.
Applications must be received in the Foundation office by the close of business on the deadline date.
