The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky
Grants ranging from $20,000 - $40,000 are available to community coalitions, collectives, collaborations, groups, networks, and partnerships to improve children's health in the State of Kentucky through engaging communities in testing innovative comprehensive, community-based strategies.
The initiative will provide funding for up to ten Kentucky communities where civic leaders are committed to working together to promote the physical and behavioral health and well-being of children ages 5 through 18 by supporting local systems, environments, and policies that reduce risks for chronic diseases and help children practice healthy behaviors throughout their lifetimes.
