Grants averaging approximately $3,000 each to Tillamook County, Oregon non-profit organizations, local governments, and individuals who are engaged in environmental projects focused on habitat restoration, research and monitoring, and environmental education within the county’s estuaries and watersheds. These grants are intended to protect and restore Tillamook County's bays and watersheds through funding a variety of quality projects.

Average grant awards are $3,000.

Term of Contract:

All projects or phases of projects funded in this grant cycle shall be completed by September 30, 2013.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Only projects within the TEP study area are eligible. The study area includes all of the estuaries and watersheds of Tillamook County (whose boundaries may extend outside of Tillamook County).

Grants can be awarded to non-profit organizations, special districts, quasi-governmental agencies (e.g., ORS 190s), municipalities, individuals, and contractors.

A 1:1 non-federal match will be required for all grants issued by TEP. Cash match is encouraged, but up to 100% in-kind match is acceptable.
