Junior League of Panama City and Bay Education Foundation
Grants of up to $500 to Panama City, Florida private school teachers and other personnel for the implementation of in-class projects that will have a direct impact on students in the classroom, literacy, and/or STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education.
These grants are intended to support innovative projects that use creative learning techniques in the classroom, and afford students opportunities that could not be funded otherwise.
To the extent that the applicant can show how student learning will be impacted, the following areas will be considered for funding:
- Classroom activities or projects
- Schoolwide activities or projects
- Projects involving two or more schools
- Partial support project (funding from more than one source)
- Materials, supplies, software, and equipment to support the project
- Transportation for students (field trips).

Applicants or teams of applicants may apply for up to $500.
The funding period runs from December 2017 to May 2018. This project must be completed and an evaluation submitted ON or BEFORE May 31, 2018.
All private school personnel are eligible to apply, but the application must specify how the proposed project will directly affect student learning. You may apply more than once if you wish, but only one grant per person will be awarded.
