Grants typically ranging from $30,000 to $35,000 to Oregon organizations for innovative and effective projects that will actively protect and restore the habitats of endangered or threatened fish in the state. Funding is intended for project elements including project design, engineering, permitting, supplies and materials, implementation, monitoring, and outreach.

Strong preference will be given to projects that are implemented within the grant period and within the Pacific Power service area, providing direct and immediate improvements to salmon and/or steelhead habitat, and provide at least a 1:1 match.
