Grants of up to $3,000 to Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations and individual artists for arts programs and activities that enrich the cultural life of area residents. Eligible projects must include a component to involve the public, such as a performance, exhibit, workshop, demonstration, or lecture.
Projects must also include the participation of community partners to demonstrate public support.
