Additional Eligibility Criteria:

- Prove status as an IRS 501(c)3 not-for-profit and tax exempt organization and comply with North Dakota state charities law, or have a qualifying organization serve as the fiscal agent.
- Maintain a membership with NoVAC throughout the application and funding cycle.
- The mission of the applicant organization must directly pertain to arts and culture.
- The organization must have principal operations in the City of Grand Forks.
- The proposed project must take place in and benefit the City of Grand Forks.
- Funded projects must be open to the general public.
- Follow ADA requirements.
- Applicants may not receive funding for the same project from the City of Grand Forks’ Special Events Fund.

Pre-Application Information:

Applicants are encouraged to submit a letter indicating their intent to apply for funds by December 14, 2015. Include a short description of your proposed project.

Mail or deliver 7 copies of your completed application, including required support materials, to the North Valley Arts Council at the address below. Each organization may submit only one application.
