Grants of $20,000 to Florida nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for programs that benefit older adults and their caregivers. Applicants must submit a preliminary application prior to applying. Funding is intended to help organizations enhance the quality of life for older adults by helping underserved or under-resourced seniors in Duval, Clay, Baker, St. John's and Nassau Counties.

Pre-proposal Conference:

A Preliminary Grant Application Q&A at Senior Roundtable event will take place on January 31, 2020, at ElderSource, 10688 Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.

The full program runs from 9-10:30 a.m. Q&A takes place during first 15 minutes.

Pre-Application Information:

- January 2, 2020: Preliminary Grant Applications available on The Community Foundation website
- January 31, 2020: Preliminary Grant Application Q&A at Senior Roundtable event
- February 28, 2020: Preliminary Grant Applications due by 5pm
- March 13, 2020: Selected applicants invited forward for Full Grant Application
- April 3, 2020: Full Grant Applicant Orientation (For those invited forward – orientation will be at The Community Foundation offices – 245 Riverside Ave, Suite 310, 4-5pm)
- May 18, 2020: Full Grant Applications due by 5pm
- August 31, 2020: Grants announced
