Grants ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 will be awarded in Florida to non-profit organizations for programs aiding older adults and their caregivers. Applicants must submit a preliminary application by February 27, 2014 to be eligible for grant. Funds are intended for projects serving Duval, Clay, Baker, St. John's and Nassau Counties. The Foundation seeks to fund activities that improve the quality of life for aging adults.
Programs that address gaps in services to seniors and their caregivers in underserved areas will be prioritized.

The Aging Adults Grant Timeline is as follows:
February 27, 2014: Preliminary Grant Applications due by 5:00 PM
March 24, 2014: Invitations to Apply Mailed
April 1, 2014: Required Full Grant Applicant Meeting
April 11, 2014: Logic Model Training at the Nonprofit Center
May 15, 2014: Full Applications due by 5:00 PM
September 15, 2014: Grants Announced
October 1, 2014: Grant Contracts Begin

Applications must be received (by mail, or hand delivery) before 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2014 for consideration.
You will be notified regarding your preliminary application by March 24, 2014.
