Grants ranging from $250 to $2,500 to Cobb County, Georgia schools, public school teachers, teams of teachers, administrators, and specialists to implement educational programs and initiatives that would not otherwise be funded. Grants to teachers will enable collaboration, provide start up funds, and help teachers bring learning to life.
Successful proposals will meet the following criteria:
- Strengthen academics
- Meets School Improvement Plan Objectives
- Be meaningful and engaging for students
- Have a long-term benefit to school
- Be well thought out
- Include budget details
- Complete application in its entirety
- Have a Creative and Innovative approach to education

Grants awarded will range from $250 to $2,500.
Applications are accepted from the following entities within Cobb County School District:
-Teachers, specialists, and school staff
-Teams of teachers or schools
-Principals and school administrators
IMPACT Grants are awarded annually and this year’s applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on October 6, 2018. Winners will be notified by December 1, 2018.
Each year the Cobb Schools Foundation awards grants to teachers in the Cobb County School District. The grant applications are submitted for review by a panel of judges and the winners are announced in late fall.
