Grants of up to $10,000 to British Columbia nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to promote and enhance arts in the community. Funding is intended to broaden the community's cultural experiences by engaging local artists to participate in local arts activities. Eligible projects benefit the City of Kamloops. The goal of the grant is for artists to be active members of their community, with creative activities that function as a catalyst for greater community involvement.

The grant is available for projects that promote development and awareness of the arts in the community. The Foundation recognizes that a fully rounded cultural community seeks the involvement of artists at all levels: amateur, emergent, and professional.

Due to COVID-19, grant applications must reflect activities that can be accomplished within the guidelines of the Provincial Health Order.
