Grants to West Virginia organizations, agencies, associations, academia, and stakeholders to improve agricultural markets within the state. Funding is intended for projects and activities to upgrade production, sales, research, and promotion of the State's horticultural and agricultural specialty crops.
The purpose of the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) is to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops.
