Grants of up to $20,000 to Iowa nonprofit organizations and government entities to improve the local quality of life in eligible regions. Focus areas include art and culture, health, human service, education and youth development, environment and animal welfare, and community betterment. Projects should benefit Buchanan County. The Foundation wants to help develop communities that people want to live in, as well as to benefit rural areas of the county.
