Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for programs that benefit the community. Funding is intended to promote and protect healthy behaviors, lifestyles, and environments among residents, and to find solutions to health issues. Funding requests should serve or enhance the Peabody community.

The types of project/programs and amount requested will determine the number of grants and amounts to be awarded.

Term of Contract:

- The project/program cannot occur until after grants are estimated to be made (February 1, 2020).
- The project/program must be completed by November 13, 2020, unless additional considerations are shared prior to the completion of the project/program.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for this opportunity, your organization must meet the following requirements:
- Possess 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Service code, be exempt under statute (i.e. educational institution, church, a city or county), or be formally linked to an organization with such designation.
- Management should be in the hands of reliable, ethical, and experienced personnel.
- Funding requests should serve or enhance the Peabody community.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications open: December 6, 2019
An application must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2020
Programs cannot occur until after February 1, 2020
Programs must be completed by November 13, 2020
