Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations for programs and projects that benefit residents in eligible communities. Funding is available for activities that address community needs and those that improve the health of local residents. Eligible applicants are those that serve residents of the Peabody area.
Peabody Community Foundation (PCF) has approximately $11,800 available for the 2022 grant cycle. The amount is sourced from two endowed funds, the PCF Endowment Fund (approximately $7,500), the PCF Kansas Health Foundation Fund (approximately $4,300). While grant funds are available for the purpose of supporting charitable project/programs that benefit those in the Peabody community, the funds from the Kansas Health Foundation Fund is specifically to underwrite solutions to local health issues and for the protection and promotion of the health and well-being of individuals and their communities through the encouragement of healthy lifestyles, behaviors, and environments. The types of project/programs and amount requested will determine the number of grants and amounts to be awarded.
