Strong nominees will be able to demonstrate how their organization is making a difference in the lives of children and youth growing up in difficult circumstances.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

-Organizations that work to make Ontario a healthier, fairer and more inclusive for children and youth to grow up are eligible to be nominated.
-Organizations may nominate themselves.

Pre-proposal Conference:

A webinar will be hosted on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM to answer any questions about the nomination process.

Nomination letters should be no longer than four pages and include:
-The full name of the organization.
-The charitable registration number of the organization.
-A brief description of the organization (e.g. mission, goals, objectives, programs).
-Concrete examples of how the organization is making a difference in the the lives of children and youth growing up in difficult in circumstances.
-A brief description of how the organization’s work is innovative, unique and exemplary.
-A statement of how the award would be used.
