Grants of up to $25,000 to Maryland nonprofit and neighborhood organizations, agencies, educational institutions, and businesses for projects to enhance the local community in eligible locations. Applicants must submit an LOI prior to submitting a full application. Funding is intended for projects located in Central Baltimore.

CBP supports neighborhood-driven, capital improvement projects in Central Baltimore public spaces. CBP helps neighborhood leaders and other partners identify opportunities for community enhancement, assess project feasibility, and mobilize collaboration between public and private partners.
