Grants totaling $60,000 to Ontario, Canada non-profit agencies and organizations in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent that are seeking to improve and expand their delivery of human and social services, specifically in the areas of basic human needs/moving people out of poverty, healthy people and strong communities, and child and youth development. These grants are intended to help social service providers respond quickly and creatively to pressing human needs in the local community.
In addition to supporting quick response funding, Community Impact Grants allow time to develop program sustainability where the need is ongoing.
