Grants of up to $1,000 to Fulton, Illinois nonprofit organizations for charitable projects and programs that impact a wide range of needs in the community. Funding may be requested for capacity building, critical equipment and technology needs and to support projects and activities.

Grants are reviewed and evaluated on the following criteria:

- Overall Impact: What important benefits would this grant provide to the community?

- Breadth of Reach: How many people in the Fulton area will benefit?

- Inclusion: What ages (children, youth, young adults, seniors), genders, income levels, etc. does this grant impact? FACE Community Impact grants try to cover as many Fulton constituencies as possible. Multiple grant applications that target the same constituencies will be prioritized by the board.

- Community Leverage: To what extent does this grant involve partnership with others, funding from other sources, and engagement of volunteers to accomplish its goal?

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

FACE Community Impact grants may be awarded to nonprofit organizations that serve the Fulton community. The organizations do not have to be Fulton-based but may apply only for projects or services that directly benefit the Fulton community.

Ineligible applicants and funding:
- Advertising or marketing campaigns
- Deficit funding or debt retirement
- Direct financial support to individuals
- Endowments (unless otherwise stated by grant criteria)
- Fundraising activities or events
- Political or lobbying activities
- Projects that are not for a charitable purpose
- Projects or events that have already been completed
- Religious or sectarian activities that attempt to convert a person to a particular faith or perspective, or social service activities that require participation in such
- Organizations or activities which do not comply with the Foundation's Diversity and Non-Discrimination Policy
