Grants to local Eagle County, Colorado non-profit organizations involved in education and social services that benefit local residents and communities. Grants will be awarded in the following three areas: income support, access to health care, and youth and education enrichment.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations must meet the following requirements:
-Must be a current 501(c)3 Agency
-Requested funds must service only Eagle County residents
-Services should fall into one of the 3 areas of focus
-Financials will be reviewed (audited financial preferred)
-Complete application by due date
-Complete results reporting on prior year’s grant (if applicable)
-Have a personal review with your appointed UWERV board member
-Commit to ongoing dialog with UWERV board member about potential improvements and partnerships

Pre-Application Information:

To apply, use the Colorado Common Grant Application attached below. Previous recipients will also need to submit the Final Report form to be eligible for funding this year.

Grant funds will be distributed on a quarterly basis. The first quarterly payment mailed to agencies at the end of June. If your grant is $1,500 or less you will receive the full grant in one payment in July. If more than $1,500, you will receive the following quarterly payouts – July, October, January and April.
