Grants of up to $28,000 and grants of up to $80,000 to Florida nonprofit and governmental organizations in eligible areas for projects related to breast cancer. Funding is intended for projects that decrease breast cancer mortality rates by addressing disparities, increasing access to quality and timely care, and improving outcomes through patient navigation. Applicants must provide services to residents of any county in Florida except Broward, Miami-Dade, or Monroe.

Applicants may request funding up to $80,000 for a patient care project and up to $28,000 for a navigation/education project for one year.
- Award Period: April 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021
- At the discretion of Komen, the grantee may request one no-cost extension of no more than six months per project. Requests must be made by grantee no later than 30 days prior to the end date of the project.
