Grants to Maine and Florida nonprofit organizations for programs and projects that focus on addressing the educational, medical, social, economic, and general welfare needs of children and young adults. An emphasis is placed on programs in the areas of increasing educational and economic development and opportunity as well as health and wellness.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be non-profit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) and as a public charity under Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code in order to be considered for a grant.

The Foundation's work is focused primarily, but not exclusively, on Maine and Florida.

Pre-Application Information:

There is one grant application cycle annually. The deadline for submission of grant applications is September 30.

Grants are typically awarded annually in mid-November.
