Request a Grant Writer

Grants of $3,000 to USA K-12 schools to offer challenging and fun hands-on ways for students to gain and interest in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math. Projects that involve students directly, and that incorporate community resources and utilize interdisciplinary or team teaching strategies are preferred. Grants can be used to help cover the cost of materials, supplies and other expenses conducting local workshops or training sessions.

Funds may be used for equipment and field trip transportation. Equipment and trips should be just one component of a well-planned project, integrated with other curriculum materials and activities.

Three schools will be awarded $1,000 to complete their project by the end of the school year. Another $2,000 will be granted to each of the school’s science departments for their specific needs. Therefore, the total grant amount a school will receive is $3,000.
