Grants of up to $750 to Ramsey and Dakota Counties, Minnesota elementary school teachers and staff for new, innovative and educational programs that enrich learning for students in Maxfield and Riverview Elementary schools. Preference is given to projects that improve student achievement/self-esteem, encourage parent/community involvement, and improve curriculum.
Other factors considered are: the number of students served, the free and reduced price lunch statistic of the school, and if the program could be replicated for future students.

Classroom teachers, guidance counselors and others who require a license to carry out their work with students enrolled in Maxfield Elementary and Riverview Elementary schools are eligible to apply.
