Additional Eligibility Criteria
The Foundation makes grants to public charities classified as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) by the IRS. The Foundation does not make grants directly to individuals or consider requests outside the Foundation program areas.

Awarded funds cannot be used for lobbying.
