Travis County Medical Alliance (TCMA)
Grants of up to $5,000 to Central Texas nonprofit organizations for healthcare-related projects that meet the health needs of residents. Preference is given to programs and projects supporting direct patient care. Proposals should describe how the proposed project will address the problem identified and benefit the target population.
Funding for organizations outside of Travis County is permissible, in order to align with the Fund's mission of working for a healthier Central Texas.
TCMA has removed the restriction prohibiting funding for compensation, as has historically been done. Grant applications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
GrantWatch ID#: 144297
Most grants awarded are less than $5,000, although that is not strictly the case.
