Grants of up to $10,000 to Missouri nonprofits, agencies, school districts, and faith-based institutions for health programs serving the residents of the Stockton area. Funding is intended to improve the quality of life of Cedar County residents by addressing the health needs of individuals in the area.

Applicants may apply for up to $10,000 in funding for this grant cycle.
501(c)(3) organizations or other IRS approved charitable entities (government entities, school districts, and churches) serving Cedar County and are working to address health needs in the community are eligible to apply.
Grantees must not, in the use of CFO grant funds, discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status either in its employment practices or in its policies and procedures concerning access to services.
Applications are due by 11:59 PM on October 15th.
Applicants will notified by November 15th of grant decisions.
