Grants of up to $400 to Forsyth County, Georgia elementary school teachers (grades K-8) seeking financial support for education enrichment projects to be implemented in the classroom. These grants are intended to support projects and activities that promote and support excellence in education. Special consideration may be given to projects that will benefit more than one classroom and that utilize durable, rather than disposable, materials.

Individual grants will be made in amounts up to $400.

Term of Contract:

This grant cycle is for the 2014-15 school year. Projects must be completed (and evaluations received) by May 2015.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:
- A proposal must have a primary applicant, and may or may not have a secondary applicant. The primary applicant must be a classroom teacher or other faculty member who is in daily contact with all students participating in the project. Assistant principals and principals cannot submit an application, but may assist a classroom teacher in the preparation or administration of a project.
- All grant money must be used for schools in Forsyth County.

Funding will not be considered for teacher workshops.
