Funding may be requested for a broad range of services that improve the quality of life for local residents. Applicants may provide services to at-risk children, youth, and vulnerable adults, as well as safety net services, with an emphasis on self-sufficiency.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The grant selection process places greater emphasis on the following criteria:
-Be a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 tax-exempt organization;
-Be preferably located in and serve residents of Douglas County; and
-Demonstrate strong partnerships with organizations located in Douglas County; and
-Provide safety net services with an emphasis on self-sufficiency; and
-Provide a service(s) that support at-risk children, youth and vulnerable adults with demonstrateable results that impact the local community

Pre-Application Information:

Grant applications are accepted annually by January 31 for grants that will be awarded by the end of the first quarter in the same year.
