Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The following entities may apply:
-Non-profit organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS.
-Non-incorporated groups with a 501(c)(3) fiscal agent (these groups must partner with a qualified organization for fiscal management of the grant).
-Faith-based organizations if proposed project is open to the general public and not exclusive to members of the organization.
-Government and educational entities.

-Religious activities
-For-profit entities
-Direct assistance to individuals
-Partisan political activities
-Organizations that discriminate on the base of age, race, gender, national origin, ethnicity, veteran status, sexual orientation or disability
