Grants to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations and government agencies for programs and projects that benefit residents in eligible communities. The purpose of funding is to assist the needy and to foster the educational, recreational, moral, and social interest of local residents. Eligible programs are those that benefit the residents of Plunketts Creek Township.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:
- Be qualified to receive tax-exempt contributions as defined by the IRS
- Approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- Unit of government
- Non 501(c)(3) nonprofit requires additional vetting
- Use a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit as Fiscal Sponsor
- Have a request that directly benefits the constituency or program related to the fund
- Do not have an outstanding or overdue final evaluation
- General operating expenses
- Religious organizations may only apply through a non-secular qualified 501(c)(3) NPO for community-wide programs
- Individual School Districts, School District Foundations (Eligible: S.D.’s collaborating with one or more other Districts)
- Services limited to a select membership

Restrictions and Limitations:
- Annual campaigns
- Costs that were incurred prior to the anticipated grant approval date
- Endowments
- Loans, scholarships, fellowships, honorary awards, travel grants
- Multi-year funding, on a case-by-case basis
- Operating or programs deficits
- Re-granting, on a case-by-case basis
- Requests from individuals
