Grant Description

Grants of up to $25,000 to Western and Central New York OBGYN/midwifery practices who share the goal of increasing the number of low-income women being served by midwives. The funding source will support organizations through funding and technical assistance to help practices achieve success. Applicants may receive up to 15 hours of consultation/exert guidance with this application.

The service region eligible for this grant includes Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, Wyoming, Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Tompkins Counties.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Technical assistance and funding is available for independent midwifery or collaborative OBGYN/midwifery practices that are in the Health Foundation of Western and Central New York’s western and central New York regions.
