Cedric Walker was an amazing man and a true gift to our sport and to coaches and athletes alike. He was our best friend, a Board member of our Foundation, founder of the Flower City Track Club, coach, mentor, National team manager and coach on just about every category of National Team. His energy was endless, unlimited. He knew everyone, could reach out to everyone, and got everything done before anyone else thought about it. This Development Grant is created in his memory ensuring his legacy.
