Grants of up to $1,000 to Iowa nonprofit organizations in Scott County for programs that aim to improve public safety. Funding may be used to improve safety for applying agencies as well as their volunteers, employees, or clients. Funds may also be used to improve safety for the general public.

- Advertising or marketing campaigns
- Deficit funding or debt retirement
- Direct financial support to individuals
- Endowments
- Fundraising activities or events
- Political or lobbying activities
- Projects that are not for a charitable purpose
- Projects or events that have already been completed
- Religious or sectarian activities that attempt to convert a person to a particular faith or perspective, or social service activities that require participation in such

Pre-Application Information:

Chip Sunderbruch Memorial Risk Management grant applications will be accepted from April 1 to May 10 and through the online application system. Grant decisions will be announced by June 15.
